Our commitment

MV4U Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. While our turnover is below the threshold that makes a statement mandatory under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we make this statement voluntarily because it reflects how we do business.

Our business and supply chain

We hire wheelchair accessible vehicles across Kent. Our supply chain is short and largely UK-based: vehicle suppliers and converters, maintenance providers, insurers, and cleaning and valeting services.

What we do

  • Employ staff directly, on lawful contracts, paying at or above the National Living Wage.
  • Work with established, reputable UK suppliers and favour long-term relationships where working practices are visible to us.
  • Reserve the right to end any supplier relationship where slavery, trafficking or exploitative labour practices are suspected.
  • Encourage anyone — staff, suppliers or customers — to raise concerns with us directly; concerns can also be reported to the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700.

Review

This statement is reviewed annually and approved by the company's directors.
